Do you have a warranty?
Yes, we offer a warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. How do I repair an item outside of the warranty?

Do you offer restringing services?
Yes, Nishi Pearls offers restringing services for our pearl jewelry. Whether your item is within the warranty period or not, you can send it to us for professional restringing.
